For over 70 years these educators have practiced as point of care nurses and advanced practice nurses. Their specialized experiences include inpatient cardiovascular and critical care, post cardiac arrest care, advanced heart failure, nephrology, and diabetes management. In addition to their clinical practice they are adjunct faculty for the Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program at Malone University in Canton, Ohio. Teaching nationally for over 15 years, Karen and Cindy, have presented more than 1,200 programs in the past 10 years. Both have presented annually, since 2005, at the American Association of Critical Care Nurses National Teaching Institute (NTI). They are presenting an Advanced 12 Lead ECG full-day pre-conference at NTI Orlando in May of 2019.

Please join us as we take a deep dive into the ECG and everything electrical about cardiac function. We will take your ECG interpretation skills and knowledge of cardiac rhythm management to a new level of excellence. Throughout the program you will be engaged with clinical examples, and case studies, and multiple practice ECGs. You will be challenged to apply new knowledge to your own practice.
